Company Profile
Current Firm's Size
Select from Large, Medium and Small to nominate where you believe your company fits. This will also group your company with other's with the same size profile.
Professional Staff
Select from 1-10, 11-20 and 21+ to nominate how many professional staff your company employs. This excludes non-professional admin staff for example. This will also group your company with other's with the same size profile.

Who in your organisation would be the person we contact if we have any questions or wish to send correspondence to.

2. DATA INPUT / EDIT
Data Input / Edit
Unique ID
Enter an ID that you will be able to relate to the staff member being entered. Apart from your own company, no one else will have access to this information.
Years Experience
For example, the number of years experience this staff member has had in a public practice (not just in your firm or in their current role).
Qualifications
This applies to professional accounting or legal staff only.
Area of Practice
What is the primary business unit this staff member works in.
Primary Role
What is the primary role this staff member is employed as.
Gross Salary Package
This is FTE Equivalent.
Package may include Superannuation, Car / Car allowance, Cash Bonus, Laptop, Mobile Phone, Parking, Private Health Insurance, Professional Memberships, Salary Sacrifice, Study, but not Payroll Tax.
Charge Rate
What is the rate this staff member is normally charge out as.
All My Staff Are Now Entered
Please check this box once ALL your staff have been entered. This will give us a status on which companies still have to complete their data input. We will also follow-up those who have not completed the data input process within the time frame specified.
Calculation Results
Note 1: All calculations are based on only those companies who have a same profile as yours (ie Industry, State and Size of Firm) AND staff who have a same profile as the staff member being entered (ie Years Experience, Qualifications, Area of Practice and Primary Role)
Average
The average number in the database based on all selection criteria expressed in Note 1 above.
Median
The median number in the database based on all selection criteria expressed in Note 1 above.
The Median is the "middle number" (in a sorted list of numbers).
The median salary is the middle salary in a series of salaries. For example, if 15 salaries are recorded and arranged in order from lowest to highest value, the eighth salary is the median salary. In the case where there are an even number of salaries in a series, the median is the average of the middle two salaries.
Median salaries are used rather than average salaries because median salaries are unaffected by a few unusually high or low salaries, making them a more accurate indicator of true market activity.
Minimum
The minimum number in the database based on all selection criteria expressed in Note 1 above.
Maximum
The maximum number in the database based on all selection criteria expressed in Note 1 above.
Companies Count
The number of companies in the database based on all selection criteria expressed in Note 1 above.
Staff Count
The number of staff in the database based on all selection criteria expressed in Note 1 above.
Total Our Staff Entered
The number of staff YOUR company has entered in the system.
Our Companies Peers
A list of companies that have an identical profile in the database to yours (ie Industry, State and Size of Firm)
